Skull shield, too bad it's a shit skin, a cool skin might have been quite a lot with those mods.

Now: 60-80k imo. Perhaps up to 15e, but that would be a lucky.

I have sold a few shields like that for 15e or so. Wouldn't sell for less, and it isn't a "shit skin" just quite common.
