ncsoft master account

i want to change my gw password, but when i say change it doesn't sent me an e-mail, i can't remeber if i have an ncsoft master account but i did buy something in the store(i thought you need one to do that)
the problem is, if i have one, i can't remeber the password and the name of my ncsoftmaster account, is there any way to get them back?

Just explain your situation and they can tell if you have you an ncsoft master account and how to reset that password.

Don't take your time. I couldn't change my PW because I didn't have an NCSoft Master Account and ended up getting hacked by an IRL friend. I was unable to do anything to stop it and didn't get my account back until after he had gotten it banned. For some reason it kept telling me my CD Keys were invalid. Email them asap otherwise it could come back to bite you :P

I had the same, couldn't remember my ncsoft master account info, so what I did was send an email to ncsoft support and explained my situation. I was 13 when it was created, and my brother created it, I provided them with all possible info: cd-keys, approximate date of creation, e-mail address etc. They replied the same day requesting some more information, which I provided and the next day they sent me the account info + a new password, I was quite happy with the service, plus it was pretty fast.
