I've used the search and can't seem to find any prices on a low requirement strength version.
Tactics I think was estimated around 20e, but I don't know what relation the prices are between the 2 attributes.

Anyway, to cut this short - help me out please

Q12 - 45k-50k~
Q11 - 60k-80k~
Q10 - 90k+
Q9 - 23e~

agree with AEL here, Q9 strenght is more expensive than a tactics one.
for a Q9 aim for 20-25ecto like AEL said
