Kappa is non-max and for the merchant. It would've been worth some cash if it'd been 16AL.

The staff is awesome. I sold one with those exact stats (but it was Zodiac) for ~130e. Not sure if Outcast staves are more exp as a rule than Zodiacs, but I hope this helps.
