I just spotted this while i was out and about with the new Dervish skills and thought i'd test it, but it seems Eternal Aura can be used as a self ressurection skill, as shown in the screenshot.
I dont know if this is a bug, or if some one spotted it first but i couldn't find a post about it.

P.S. sorry if the Image is big, couldn't figure out how to shrink it.

Yes, the new Eternal Aura is basically an anti-wipe skill.

I was more noting that it self ressurects unlike Lively was Naomei or other simular skills, and that, in my knowledge it is the first self resurrection skill in the game.
MrDark88
And you're right. The skills you mentioned should be changed to "other party members" like Unyielding Aura for consistency.

Also, i just checked and it can be used to death level animals in the menagerie using this and sacrifice skills. But as i dont have a rainbow pheonix i cant go 'I was the first to death level a rainbow pheonix!' annoyingly.

I was wondering that. Thanks for the info.

Eternal Aura is now the dervish equivalent of Shadow Form IMHO.
Not in the sense that it can make you unkillable, but in the sense that I can see this being used in a lot of team speed clears as a fail-safe to make sure the party doesn't wipe. It grants to user perma-health increase to make them harder to kill meaning its more likely that they will be the last to die (yes, it can be removed by enchant removal, but its fairly easy to cover enchant with other skills).
Combine this with the new Vow of Strength and you have a pretty good party member for speed clears.

It's also good for skills that need an enchantment but don't remove it, ie Mystic Sweep.

Umm, you are right RedDog91. Just tested a simple Eternal Aura plus Vow of Strength build. Causes lots of pretty yellow numbers to float up from groups!
