Hello had idea got me thinking for elite areas with a dervish that can resemble similarities to Ursan due to new recent update.

AoB Dervishs are the Tankers/Dmg dealers. Ear Bite and Brawling Headbutt are armor ignoring dmg. SI is for defense. Pious Restoration is Heal and removes hexes which can come helpful if a Dervish can’t gain adr or use SI. With AoB+Forsaken a Dervish gets 110 Armor to physical and
80 against elemental. With SI and Cons a Derv can get 190 armor against elemental, 210 vs. Physical.

Why Ear bite? It's 70 piercing (although armor ignoring for some random reason) and doesn't net you back adrenaline (it's a touch skill not a attack skill) so it can't be chained. After the second copy of SY, there's diminishing returns and I'd just run ST rit (ER doesn't work here if you're trying to use forsaken insignia).
I'd also run Pious Fury or more likely, Heart of Fury because without them, you might as well just run an IAS instead of the Avatar for 33% more adrenaline.
Right now, a Warrior has 100 armor base (sentinel makes it vs elemental also) + 16 from shield, so 70+10 (forsaken)+12 (mysticism)+20 (balth)=112 isn't that impressive, especially when 20 of that is vs physical only (92 vs ele).
After you have SY!, I'd look into capping armor-ignoring stuff and reducing the damage by 15 through union.
UA would likely have DH+HD + deny hex. I don't see a point to WoH if you have SY! and a UA. If HP spikes to <50% HP then your multiple copies of SY! clearly aren't working and your UA isn't pumping out party heals.
Maybe run Healing Burst or Avatar of Dwayna + Whirling Charge.
The fact that you need cons is troublesome. Cons are usually to boost attributes on characters like ER E/Mos which need 13 prot for Protective bond.
