That's not a paragon! That's a sin in disguise! There are only 2 skills on that skill bar that are actually from Paragon primary. The other 5 can be run on almost any class capable of meeting the energy requirements. I don't get how this is supposed to be new or original. When I first read the title I got the impression someone came up with a good non-sf way to farm with a Paragon primary. Farm Vermin in Xaquang Skyway (potential Celestials+Sin tomes). Youtube it. (and find/create for yourself the more modern variant)
Elite used is Focused Anger. (too lazy to post build, need to hit the bunk)
And there are lots of other para farms that can be done using that EXACT build...
If you wanted originality, the majority of para-farms DO rely on Blazing Finale + GFTE!(and/or other cheap adrenal shouts to trigger BF/Finale of Restoration).
It's hard to call them original if they all rely on a craptastic 20dps >.>

But getting back to the actual topic of the post-

But, only a paragon can use Blazing Finale to burn them to death. ^^
As I mentioned near the end of the post, it's a way for those of us who have main Paragons to farm. It's fun. (:

I am trying it now, but the vaetirs to the north are 30 right? Works very good! Only the drops are kinda dissapointing ;-) Yes, 30-ish to the north, 30-ish to the south. (:

24 at bottom ate 36 at top - best route if going for norn title is bottom then top as the bottom is just shy of the bonus and it allows you to get to top mob balled and reap 2 bonuses.If going from top to bottom you wont have enough time to ball and kill if you have any rep bonus.
If your just farming and dont care for rep then top>bottom or bottom>top doesnt really matter.
Has anyone yet tried with Gda in slot 8 yet ? its hard for me atm to get enough time to get my para thru norn an asuran ( sadly gameplay is second when wife and kids are all ill ) just to get the damn skill. I'm not sure it's entirely needed, but I can test it out later today if I have time.

do you think this might work with a bonder for farming city? Maybe not city bc of lots of monks and healing dervishes, but I think it would be a great way to farmyhe first couple of rooms in foundry, maybe a few kills in gloom.

I've been running a Para for 4 years now, so I'm comfortable there, I just could not get past the degen of the vaettirs. You shouldn't get any degen at all, if you keep sf up all the time. Make sure you have an enchanting mod on your weapon.

Don't mean to bump but I'm having problems with this build. Has anything been nerfed in the last few months that could affect it? I've been running a Para for 4 years now, so I'm comfortable there, I just could not get past the degen of the vaettirs. SF with 20+dmg reduction+shroud should easily bypass it. The biggest problem with the build is failure with timing. From initial aggro, you only get 1, possibly 2 recasts of Shadow Form before the build fails if you fail to gain the additional -10 dmg reduction from Way of the Perfection/Master. From this, they'll start to overwhelm your regen capacity if you don't cast Way of Perfection + Master on time, as -10 reduction is not enough for the size of the entire mob (before they entirely ball on you). Bringing Shadow Refuge is enough to counter this, but Shadow Refuge is obviously only a temporary solution.

Tl;dr: Cast Way of Perfection and Way of the Master before the entirety of Vaettirs gank you or you will die. If you are unable to, Shadow Refuge is a nice skill if you lag/screw up/are new/want to be safe.
