How Much Do Stormbows Cost?

I have a Req. 9 one. It has +29 Health but I'm thinking of using my Perfect Salvage Kit to fix it up. :P

I don't know how much Stormbows go for these days, but I wonder what you mean by the remark about using the perfect salvage kit.
The +29 health bow grip is not really worth much, so I wouldn't suggest using a PSK to remove it. There is no need to remove it, in order to put some other Bow Grip on. Any mods (grip, string, inscription) can be changed simply by putting a new one right over the old one - you only need to remove them if you wish to keep them.

If you are planning to sell the Stormy, there is no need to mod it in any way first. People will be buying the "skin" and may want completely different mods than what you'd put on it. There's no benefit, after taking individual prices into account, to trying to make the bow "perfect" to sell it - one player's "perfect" is another player's "fail".

I sold 2 q9 15^50 inherent Storm Bows for 80k each a few months ago. Aside from q8s that's probably as high as they go.

But to answer your question, you can probably get around 25k (for r9 and max dmg) ingame if the stormbow is inscribable (e.g. you can put an Inscription mod on it). Price goes up if bow has a lower req (with max. dmg) or lower if higher req. (R10-R12 etc.) or is not max. dmg. The bow may still be worth a bit even if it is not inscribable but has a good inherent mod on it.

If you are planing to sell it, do not attempt to salvage any mods off it, if anything sticking a +30 bow grip on it would increase the value. But let the buyer decide.

Depends. Inherent 15^50 can be worth quite a bit; see Hobbs' post. Inscribable maybe 5-10k. Anything else is probably junk.

you can easily find a Q11-13 for 5k each
