Celestials never been really rare staffs eventho Ele attris are wanted due its cool skin for ele. Still id rather say 100-150e, More if some seeks Earth rly (think theyre kinda wanted to some ppl atm)

Earth is pretty wanted since alot of people run terra. I'd go more for ikki's PC 100-150e tho.
