The current implementation of "Master of My Domain" is a little underpowered.
Why don't we allow a reroll on the 20% chance until that fails, incrementating the +1 counter on each successful pass thus creating a probability distribution function (feel free to critisize, I only vaguely know what I'm talking about).
Let's have an example; to try and illuminate what I'm trying to get across:
20% ^ 1 (= 0.200) -> +1 to attribute
20% ^ 2 (= 0.040) -> +2 to attribute
20% ^ 3 (= 0.008) -> +3 to attribute
. . .
Let's add in some additional animation when an afterburner event occurs. Like a swirling suction of energy inbound on the caster that then gets blasted back out (think Sauron's demise when the ring is cut from his finger). Maybe a booming voice (the voice of God himself perhaps - think Jim Carrey / Morgan Freeman from "Bruce Almighty".) saying "Afterburner!", then your character does a "I've got the power!" response. Maybe ZZ Top phase in and do that little thumbs up synchronized motion that we all know and love, then wave goodbye, lean dangerously to one side in unison before phasing back out.
While we're at it, let's rename the inscription to "After Burner", "Top Gun" or "The Cruise Effect".

This would have an unintended effect; Currently skills can reach up to.. I think 21 or 22 for certain classes.
Who says that the values are in-game for skills above that? If they aren't, every single skill would need an update, requiring more effort.

Apart from that... /not signed to this sugegstion. It would be too overpowered with Maintained enchantments or Signet of Illusion.

The highest I've ever been able to go was 20 attributes, no higher. This was using a few ele skills (should have reached 21 in theory) plus Golden Egg and Candy Corn (it should have been 23) Yet it did not exceed 20. (This was the fire attribute)

Um what?
if the issue was continuous failure to activate wouldn't it make more sense to be suggesting that the activation chance temporarily increases after a certain amount of failures?
Even then I don't think it's needed.

Master of my domain can bypass the 20 cap.
