People jsut dont want a single mod, you can either spend some time and get lucky getting 10k, or just merch it. Merch or hero is your best bet

Outcasts are always wanted, a guildie of mine paid 20k for a shield exactly like yours. Many people can't afford a good dual modded one and will just buy a monomod. Yours can get 10-20k imo.
