Mystic sweep is bad if you have an IAS (1.125 vs 1s). Wait, where's your IAS?

Given that you have a 4 recharge attack skill with higher + damage than Mystic, you can ditch it for an IAS. 5 energy on 4 pips of energy is every 3.75 seconds after all and you don't have Zealous renewal.
