Just a start, maybe I'll edit and finish later. My reading is quite bad but, I guess there are no more Japanese users on this site?
Don’t buy RMT! Don’t assist in RMT!

Account Theft
Firstly,
Online games bring many people together to play in the same world.
However, as more people are brought together, there are possibilities for various problems occurring, one of these being RMT (Real Money Trade).
RMT is a word referring to the act of exchanging in-game currency or items for real money.
NC Japan has confirmed that RMT is the cause of fraudulent acts of account theft and wrongful “seal” usage (hacking?)
We have also confirmed that a large number of customers not directly involved [in RMT] are deeply affected by it.
RMT Issues and Company Policy
[Engaging in] RMT affects more than just yourself.
We have confirmed via our records that the (in-game) profits from items and currency stolen from hacked accounts end up in the hands of RMT purchasers.
RMT is a hotbed for various wrongful [in-game] activities, and there are also cases of it growing real-world crime as well.
RMT interferes with the normal play of large numbers of players as well as yourself, causing a vicious circle.
There is a strong connection between the means RMT dealers use to accumulate in-game money and cybercrime.
The problems that happen in game, are due to RMT dealers not thinking about the effects their money accumulation means have. (???)
(Diagram)
RMT Buyer -> account hacking, virus/spyware, credit card theft (RMT Dealer actions) -> account theft, bots -> play disturbance, economic balance ruination, server instability. (effects on the game)
RMT is not only closely related to criminal activities, but there is a danger you (who buy RMT) might suffer criminal damages from it!
Even if an RMT buyer doesn't know of the wrongful activity, it is possible they will still have to cope with the results.
