Is is 20% Halves Skill Recharge Smiting Prayers in gold text? Or the White 20% Halves Skill Recharge for all?
I know the casting will be gold writing, just need to know about the skill recharge part of it.

adding an r11 old school air staff, mods are exactly like the ones on the r9 smithing staff: hct air 40%, +30 hp; can be replicated with an inscriptible r11 air staff + adept head + 30 hp Wrapping + "aptitude not attitude" inscription
