If the +5 Energy is an inherent "I have the power!" (not a "Have faith") inscription the bow IMO may fetch 20k+. Put a +30 Fortitude Bow Grip and Sundering bowstring on it you could get 25k+ or more. IMO of course.

Have Faith is only for spellcasting weapons. Inscribable storm bows are common as dirt now, it say around 10kish tops. If its oldschool idk the value.
