Bogroot 8man record builds+tactics

Level 1: Pop essence and all run to the door. (it should take 2 mins to do this level)

Level 2: Rush through the first part the sin uses jumps and everyone EE's to him once you get to the first split go right and all the way around straight to the shrine. On the first left in the beetle area the sin uses dc to cut through it and everyone EE's to him (it makes it easyer to go through everything). You then run through the next shrine to the patriarch spike him as fast as you can (in this time the sin runs to the next group and waits so the group and EE to him). Run through everything to Khabuus at him the sin balls everything and the MoP's are as followed.

Necro MoP and call: Ophil Nahualli (rit)
CTT para: Ophil Nahualli (rit) (not the same one as called)
NS para: Ophil Amini (war) (try to get one out of the closest group)
AoTL: Ophil Amini (war) (try to get one out of the only group on the left)

After everything is spiked he should have little health left, he takes about 15 sec to ball and spike.

With these builds and tactics you can get a 3 min last level, making the dungeon 5 min total.
