Hi, can anyone give me a PC for these,

Paper Fan is Req11 Fast Casting, Armor+10 while health below 50%, HSR Illusion Magic Spells 20%.

Echovald Shield is Req9 Tactics, -5/19%, Helath +43 while in stance.

echovald is 2 off and 1 off dmg reduction, plus stance isn't really good.....anyway it's req 9 so i suppose u can get around 15 ectos......wait for more opinion!
