q9 Death Magic Outcast Staff (10% HCT)

q8/16 tactics Round Shield (blue, inscribable)

q12 ES Bone Dragon Staff

about 100k for outcast maybe, and 60-70k for round shield? wait for more opinions

8/16 Round could get some 70-80k imo.
