Sundering Sephis Axe of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +13% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor Penetration 20% (chance 20%)
Health +30

If only it were 15^50...

i'm assuming it's gold? if so, that's actually quite a cool piece. ~50e or so imo
