Tbh, this is the second ornate shield i get, but the other was like q13 strenght monomod...didn't even bothered posting. I'll continue open chests, maybe i'll get a even better shield.

^ Agree with Pleikki, high tact req which makes it gross, -1 off hp isnt bad, but its a -dmg hexed, so yeah...40k-whatever someone wants to pay

Can name lots of things, but Canthan shields like that are not hard to get 100k for at least
