+10vLightning sees a lot of use in FoWSC, only problem -5/19% is shit. -2^ench would've gotten you a nice 40e orso, this, I'd sell for anything over 25-30k, although there ARE going to be retards out there who might pay more

i got a very similar shield (+10vs fire -5/20%) but with perfect mods and req 10....which got pc'ed fro 5-10k..so i guess yours is about 20k
