I recently learned the bonus damage from Ebon Dust Aura was armor ignoring. This has me storming up a build. On a related note, does anyone have a definitive list of all the attacks that ignore armor that are from Dervish primaries?
I really wish they would keep it simple. Back in the day we all knew it was non-melee holy damage... now adays it's whatever they feel like...

The bonus damage on attacks is consistently armour ignoring. If you see +x on an attack skill, that +x ignores armour and is applied on top of your base attack damage (calculated after armour reductions).
If you merely see a number on attack skill (x, not +x) then that may suffer armour reductions - see Shattering Assault.
EDA acts very much like the Conjure skills. All of these ignore armour.

Yeh it works for chilling victory and eremites attack, they're the most obvious/useful ones I can think of.

Hmm. You silly. Yeah. Idk why they added so many options to do armor ignoring damage with the new derv skills. I'd think its for PvE, but not all the skills have PvP/PvE splits. LifeInfusion
Conjures and Strength of honor are also armor ignoring.
Victorious sweep Radiant scythe Pious Assault Reap Impurities Zealous Sweep mystic sweep eremite's attack crippling sweep Farmer's scythe Irresistible Sweep Rending Sweep etc. Chilling Victory's cold damage doesn't crippling victory's earth damage doesn't Banishing strike is like powershot, it doesn't add + damage, it does that damage. That makes it bad. Chrisworld ruk1a Avison
I've been playing GW since before it came out. That seemed like a rather "off" comment and rather not thought out... almost... elitest. Does my monocle or tophat suggest that I am in any way not superior to you? NO. Good day sir.
The above was a joke. |
