have never seen this kind of mod (+15% -1 nrg going for much) energy degen is not good for warrior....anyway i'd say u can get some 30-40k from it maybe...but wait fr more opinions, this mod kinda puzzle me..

Its not any rare mod then 15/-1health one.. but way less wanted and less useful one.. Adrealine Build warriors might find the axe useful. But mostly it only has the collectibily, but thats common skin and r9.. Around 20-30k Seems just fair for it
