Can You Trade Skill Points For Something Else?

I've collected soooo many and I just want to get rid of them. I already got most of the skills I need... what I really need is gold.. not experience and skill points. >_<

in short NO. but sell them off to people or use to make cons sets (use it your self and make cons)

I use them to craft perfect salvage kits mostly. I tend to do a lot of feather farming, and through that I get a lot of salvage armor with really good runes/insignia. I end up more than making back the "cost" in gold/materials of the perfect kits and a nice profit besides. Once in a while when I see someone with a WTB at 2k, I'll sell a couple in Kamadan.

I've also made consets a few times, and have used or sold those.

Yeah, I solo farm UW which leaves me with heaps on Skill Points, dust, bones and iron so I just buy feathers and use it all to craft Cons.
