11-12 mins run..not as fast as a drunk rit.(10-11 mins run)..but now U can get a nice income on a dervish.
note..U need dust to make BU..nightmares near ToA is a good spot to get dust.

Been farming Jaya Bluffs, may have done 3 or 4 runs for 2 stacks of feathers.
(granted, I haven't used my Dervish at all before trying this so my anti-farm may have been a little bit lenient on drops)

If you dont want/cant use drunken master, you can substitute it for Whirling Charge, its what ive been doing and the build still works fine. just be careful not to get carried away with the damage spike and accidentally cover Pious Renewal, or you'll die x__x

I use this in Jaya [ OgCjwqp4KPqX27+l7ae/2a3mL ] pre cast intimidating aura,run in with fleeting stability to aggro then simply cast mystic regen while they ball around u, then 4-5-6-7-8 groups dead, run to next

Equipment is Windwalkers, 3 minor runes in used attributes,zealous scythe.
