What is the best primary attribute for Hood?
Scythe / Mystism / Earth / Wind --- and why?
I was thinking Earth first, but it is only used for VoW.
Scythe - Mystism seems best to me but idk, any opinions about this?

What is your build? You can also get a few different hoods to match different builds.

Uh, there's only one primary attribute, Mysticism. Like GaaaaaH said, get a hood for each attribute so you can run any build desired with the boost where you want it.

I also have alternate armor pieces or even sets to further diversify the runes and insignias. It also gives me different looks so I don't have to stare at the same armor all the time.

Generally speaking in PvE, your scythe would be the most important. If you find whatever your build is more geared to wind or earth, you can try those. You can likely get away with a scythe hood, minor scythe, minor mysticism, and either or none of the wind/earth minor runes.

Grab a common headpiece....tinted spectacles for example. the +1 (minor) runes are cheap enough and easy enough to get hold of to change an get the +1+1 for any attribute u want. then just run a +1 Mysticism on another piece n u good to go

Earth - VoS/Sand Shards builds for maximum AoE spamming.
Mysticism - lol AoD owns. Other forms are nice as well.
Scythe - Pious Renewal attack spam is pretty cool and probably your best damage build for general PvE whenever the Earth AoE stuff isn't applicable. If you don't know what else to wear use +scythe since it directly improves your damage, but the benefit is fairly marginal and only adds up when you spam skills.
Wind - ??? For PvE at least, I can't see any skills that you would really want/need high wind prayers the most. Even for PvP its highly unlikely that you will need wind prayers more than other attributes. Not that wind prayers is bad, it has lots of awesome skills, but almost all of those skills work very well at medium attribute levels.
