Password problems?

So, I just bought the four pack containing all versions of GW.
I logged in and created a character successfully, my internet dropped at 90% complete loading first area.... reset connection only to be unable to login saying wrong password, reset the password via game, used password sent to email. Apparently I still don't know how to type?

Password is wrong. period.
What can be done about this?

The first time? No. But since actually making one, yes.

Welp, I tried resetting again. Typed everything perfectly, added characters name to security question... Nothing works.

Is this common? I played this game before way before nightfall was added and just wanted to play again... I just wasted 40 dollars in my eyes, this is way too soon to be having account problems. I've never even played yet.

This whole system is officially retarded.

I can't log on to the ncsoft site either because it has account name limitations beyond what they allowed me to use! I have an email saying my account name is my email address and I cannot even type my entire email address.

I dunno....I have been playing for over 5 years and today I log in and my password didn't work. I reset it in my NcSoft master account and now it says my account is terminated even though in the Master Account the status is "Playable". Something odd is going on here.

Your NCSoft login should be something like [email protected]

No dot com. I don't know why they call it an email address... it's not. But the login to the NCSoft website is generally whatever account name you chose when you signed up, followed by @ncsoft

You also use this to log into the game itself, along with your password and the name of one of your characters (or blank if you have not yet created a character).
