Language Resetting on Double-Click

Windows Vista (fully updated)
American version of GW

Whenever I double click anywhere on the screen when using a text language other than English, all text on the screen flips back to English for a second before reverting to my selected text language. This occurs regardless of the language; I've been fiddling with every setting that mentions double-clicking but keyboard/mouse shortcuts does not seem to be the issue. Anyone else have this problem?
