No Weekend Event?

Has anyone noticed that Double points isnt on yet? By my calculation its 3 hours and 20 minutes late. I could of maxed my Asuran by now. I am most displeased

No the prediction was correct, it is double faction in JQ/FA.

Anet just failed with the announcement.

I have noticed that for some reason, Jade Quarry is yielding double faction (Balthazaar, AND Luxon.) This may have something to do with it.

Ya it is jade quarry and fort aspenwood too bad anet still doesn't have the time to fix the turtle getting stuck

Disappointing. I saved up all 3 asura missions on a character still needing to max that title, for an 11k rep payout from the zaishen quests alone. Didn't find out it wasn't doubling until I accepted the reward for the first one I'd done. There goes a cunning plan right out the window.

if you go by last years events...the next eye weekend is first one in may...oy.

I noticed it on the Wiki but checked while VQ'ing and I could swear that I was getting double points so carried on regardless. Only VQ'd most of the Far Shiverpeaks before checking again and finding progress was half the expected rate! Oh well only 10k off maxing Norn but it kicks my title plans squarely in the balls for the rest of the weekend!

Oooh, well that explains it. This morning when I saw that the event was double faction, I thought I was going crazy. Could've sworn I saw double rep just a few days ago
