Well, it might be collector, but it has no inscr. I take it it's a mausoleum drop.
I'd merch it though, unless you find a collector, it's impossible to PC.

i might be wrong, but i don't think this has any value at all. As far as i know these can just drop in EOTN, if i'm wrong, like bright says impossible to pc, but i doubt it

Yes, but they would all have an inscription slot. this is a bugged drop from in the Mausoleum, so it is uninscr. Only problem, it has no "inherent" which is in fact an incorrect word here. So, useless.
