I'm only new on this stuff and not had many golds so thought I'd ask...

Energy +8
Chaos damage 9-16 (Requires 5 domination)
Reduces crippled duration on you by 20% (stackable)
Armour +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

well you see, this staff is not max dmg (11-22) and the inherent mod is also not max (20%)

so this staff is worthless, HOWEVER => salvage the enchantmenst last 20% longer with an expert salvage kit, you can sell this component for 2-4k
