These had been going for ~30k or so, but the bottom has fallen out of the market with the DwG silliness. Your best bet would probably be to hang onto it for a while and see if DwG gets a nerf. If it does get nerfed, the axe and sword demonslaying mods will likely go back up.

Bottom line - you'd have a hard time selling for more than 8-10k at the moment imo.
