charr bags in post-searing
Rence
do people sell them in post-searing? i'd like to move on to post-searing and not have to farm for them/for gold
Iuris
Hmm, conceivably people could sell them in post, but given that you can buy a regular bag and a capacity increasing rune (yielding the same effect) from any merchant in post, I don't think many people bother with it.
Warvic
I doubt many people have spare charr bags. I mean, i have a lot of charr bags in post aswell. But i'm using all of them.
Iceblue
not worth it. Because most can get the bags and the rune to increase capacity with tokens and such in factions and NF. That's what i do for all my toons in those areas. The toons from presearing usually already have everything before i go post.
Zenzai
Some people do, but why when there are bags and runes of holding for about the same price?

Iceblue and Zenzai have the answer.
Storage in post is much easier to access and cheaper to obtain. People were never really meant to farm, level, and play exclusively in pre. Charr bags are just a way for the people who are planning on being there forever to expand their storage or take a nice little sentimental piece of pre through the game with them.
The entirety of Guild Wars is in post. All you're doing now is the tutorial. Feel free to play the actual game .

People do sell them in post. Every once in a while you will see someone advertising them in LA. I guess some people want them even though no one can see the difference between a charr bag and a regular bag except the player.

Bottom line is, they don't have any advantage over regular bags (+rune). Some people try to sell them in post, but they don't sell well and are not particularly valuable. It is definitely not worth trying to farm them in pre to sell in post.

I bought some for my main on an impulse buy with sone spare cash after seeing an advert in Spamadan. Pretty sure I hugely overpaid but I dont really care, I like them.
Chrisworld
Bought them on my main in post for the lols.

Correct. But I know someone who dyed all bags on one character black - to fit the black obsidian armor^^ Players with too much money tend to do something like that. (On a side note my pink mesmer also has pink bags^^)
