PvP: Looking for helpful PvP guild or mentor.

I have been playing GW for nearly 5 years. I have done much of PvE and casual PvP like Random Arenas, Alliance Battle, Competitive missions, etc.
I'm interested in joining a guild that helps new PvP players get in the game or just a mentor in PvP. I consider myself a pretty competent player and I'm willing to learn and follow directions.
