Looks like the update fixed the stick figure merc heroes when they were out of radar range. Well, they tried to fix them.

And what the hell is that armor he's wearing? I'm guessing that it's a placeholder, but I've never noticed that model in-game before.

Ahhh, right. I haven't done that mission in years - I forgot what the doppelganger looked like. I'm sure that's just a temporary thing until they work out a permanent fix. Or I hope so anyway.

(And interestingly, Opera dictionary doesn't have "doppelganger" and suggests "paperhanger" and "Dangerfield" as the best spelling corrections.

I actually wish the Dippelganger in Augury Rock behaved somewhat like them:

- Enter mission, trigger the cinematic:
The doppelganger appears, and instead staying with that appearance, with a visual effect its model gets switched with the same as yours, just with black dyes in the clothing, darkened hair and grayed skin.
Once you defeat the doppelganger, the effect is broken and the corpse goes back to the original appearance.
