So first let me start by saying hello to everyone and anyone who reads this. I've been playing GW for about 3 years now and have always enjoyed it, though a hiatus is required every now and then to keep me interested.
With the recent update allowing 7 heroes I just had to come back on and take 'em for a test drive; however my results have been less than stellar.
Now my main avatar is a Rit/N, but as I played solo I found it near impossible to have a Hero tank. So I've been trying solo with a War that I created a little after my Rit.
The problem I have is that I'd like to start soloing some Elite missions, but find that either my build is wrong or I have the wrong team setup. Right now I'm working on doing the Underworld with the hopes of eventually doing Fissure of Woe, Domain of Anguish, and Slaver's Exile. I hope you all can shed some insight into my teams build as well as some tips for each area.
Thank you in advance.

Ok, some tips.
*Beserker Stance is terrible. What did you want it for? You've got Flail for IAS. If you want more adrenaline, try Enraging Charge for an instant hit or "For Great Justice".
*Why Great Dwarf Armor? You don't need it, and there are better things to do with a PvE skill slot.
*I'd try to put MoP somewhere else. On that Mesmer, you've got your attributes split 4 ways, which means something is going to suffer.
*I don't think 4 spirits on the ST is a good idea. I've never tried, but I doubt the AI will handle it well. ST can only affect three spirits, so something isn't going to get an instant recharge.
*Leech Signet would provide better energy management than Ether Signet, and provides an interrupt too.
*You've got five hard rezzes in there. You shouldn't need that many. Three is fine.
*Get rid of Rebirth on the ER. You want either spammy stuff or maintained enchantments in there. Strength of Honor would be a good replacement, given you don't have it anywhere else. 12ES, 10 Prot, 10 Smite, and the rest in Healing.
*Anthem of Envy on the Paragon. It triggers on spirit attacks too, so it's lots of extra damage.

This should start you off until you get a bit of a better feel for what skills work. Your Ritualist still has great potential. Guild Wars isn't your tank-and-spank type of game (all the time). A team doesn't need a dedicated tank to perform well.

Life Bringing
Kaida'a build looks pretty solid except drop skills 6 and 7 on the SoGM for castigation signet and SoH :>
Lord Of Blame
I would probably drop the second mesmer or the paragon for a minion bomber.
HotSoup
Get some Jagged Bomber MM in there. If you throw down EBSoH as well, it makes things pretty epic.
aga
I personally don't rate MM's in the 'elite' areas of the game. In FoW they're ok, but in DoA all that will happen is they get killed by AoE/PBAoE before they can do anything and in UW a lot of the things there wont leave corpses and pits is full of weller's. Not forgeting the fact they do like to over aggro.
