Dervish Avatars question
syronj
I recently discovered the avatars available to dervishes and have enjoyed starting to use them. I was wondering how recently these avatars were created -- was it during the recent Dervish upgrade? Thanks.

The answer to this is yes

Avatars were made when Nightfall was first created. Although they, as well as many other Dervish skills were adjusted in the recent update.

Avatars have been around since the release of Nightfall. It is only recently that they have become very popular because they were changed in the dervish update. Of course, they could also be in use because now people are actually playing their dervish...

They seem to be relatively easy to capture, as I've gotten three so far.
An unrelated question: since MOX's fighting animation is with his fists, does it matter whether he's equipped with a scythe in the inventory screen? Is there any point in continuing to upgrade his scythe?

If a hero isn't equipped with a weapon they will not be able to use an attack skill, but can still cast spells. Also they usually tell you in team chat they have no weapon equipped.
