Windows or Linux, if you know how, let me know

I run a personal gamma setting, RGB 0.85 0.75 0.65
I know I can change the gamma in GW, but it doesn't adjust RGB individually.

HALP! My eyes are killing me ;__;

Technically speaking, you sound more like you want to change the "temperature" of the display. By default "gamma" affects the whole display, like brightness and contrast. "Temperature" affects the relative colour balance of the display - and is usually set in the monitor, not in the OS.
I'd be curious to know what sort of display you're using and why you would want to jack it so far towards the red.

My money is on some nasty eye condition (photophobia, maybe albinism connected.)

Then again, it might just be someone with a perfectionist's eye for color! As Quaker said, individual gamma is only possible monitor-side, via the nvcpl or the ATI equivalent.

You cannot.

Full screen applications all have different settings when it comes to that. If you want to keep your picture, run Guild Wars in windowed mode.
