Sooo I'm lovin the new update as much as anybody else is. I've been running several different kinds of hero builds in VQ's, Missions, and a tad bit of some elite areas (mainly DoA NM). I've come across a pretty solid build that is viable is almost every area, and was wondering if anybody with more success with similar builds could share some wisdom on me.
I'm not sure how to upload skillbars and all that on here but I can name heroes skills:
Me: DwG Rit - PvXwiki build with Radiation Field/EVAS
E/Mo Bonder
Sabway
- 1 N/Rt SoLS/Xinraes Weap. Healer
- 1 SS/Curse Nec
- 1 Jagged Bones / Dwaynas Sorrow Bomber
1 Panic Dom Mes
1 Ineptitude Illusion Mes
1 SoS Rit
SoS Rit has Splinter Weapon for Minions, SS Curse Necro has Weaken Armor, Enfeebling Blood, as well as Splinter Weapon and Mark of Pain.
I mean, they are the typical builds from PvXwiki with a few minor adjustments.

SS is not good with shutdown mesmers. It does not trigger on interrupted attacks/skills. Tested and proven.

Not with Panic and an Ineptitude Mes it doesn't. If the mobs are barely getting any casts/physical attacks off (which they shouldn't be, otherwise the heroes aren't doing their jobs) then SS won't trigger.

Similar to what I use. For the necro you're better of maybe speccing into blood (as well as curses) and do weaken armour+oppressive gaze. Pain of dis/corrupt enchantment/reapers mark are better elites for synergy. The main purpose of a curses necro is support, having another splinter weapon is a bit of overkill, you could go n/mo and use empathic removal if hexes are a problem.
OR Switch it for a plain aire nuker with invoke and chain lightning. Straight up dps is pretty invaluable, especially when it has AP.
