PvE: LF guild willing to teach SC's

I have been playing GW for over 4 years on and off. I took a break last year and just came back a month ago, though. It's been a while since I did any speed clears and the current meta is completely unfamiliar to me. I'm looking for a SC PvE guild that is willing to offer hands-on learning runs. I consider myself fairly competent (once I've done it before) and I catch on quick. I also spent a period of time participating in balanced HA groups (that made it to halls), so if your guild plans on doing occasional forays into HA that would be a nice bonus.

Note: I am only interested in HM UW/FoW, EotN Dungeons, and Urgoz/Deep SCs. I am not a faction farmer and have no interest in speed clearing for faction.
