Second and Third Visions

So I recently made a new account to prove a point to a friend about being able to complete all content on every professions as well as max out the hall of monuments before GW2 release. Anyway, that's not the issue. As I've beaten all of the campaigns in the past, I decided to skip ahead and just check the visions on the scrying pool only after completing each of the 3 areas of Eye of the North, but now only the First and Last Visions are available to me. Does anyone know if I'll be able to and how to get the second and third visions available?
