Video Recording on a Mac

Hi I'm currently running Guild Wars from a macbook pro using playonmac. It works great but I am looking to be able to record myself playing and can't find any programs that work well on mac. I was hoping someone could help me out by redirecting me or giving me a link. Thanks!
