Nightfall
Hades sargent
So i have had nightfall for a wile and it randomly quit working for my dervish and it said "Guild wars has run into a unrecoverable graphical error" and so on and so forth i was woundering 2 things 1.does this mean i have to delete my dervish? and 2.if i did then what would be the best class to chose for the nightfall camipian? thanks for the help in advance

why delete dervish for a graphical error??
and second question: dervish has always been a powerful class to be played, even if many said it sucked, just cos nobody did their ready-made pvs builds...
With the recent update it has become quite nice to be played. For high end areas i recommend u to play Paragon which has in my opinion many more chances than dervish.

all rightie im going to make a dervish i deleted it cus i couldnt load it up any more >.< one more question unless i have to make a new thread for it. Here it is what would be a good secondary class for dervish? last time i chose dervish paragon i think im not sure
Tender Care
if u are having a problem with the derv only u should format ur pc and reinstall everything...or simply ask in Technician corner forum i'm not expert of graphical issues, but i suppose that maybe ur pc doesn't support the game or so...

ill just head over to the other place and ask :P but i almost had the nightfall campain beaten >.< grr and the other two games (proficies and factions) run just fine one my computer lol :P

this happened on my account and it had nothing to do with the character but rather the characters location in the game (graph intensive areas)...turned out my g.card was bad and just had to replace it
Hades sargent
Ahh couldnt i just turn down the graphics in game? so it runs the lowest? and my other question what would be the best 2nd class for a dervish?
Ghengis Kwell
D/W would be a good choice after the recent updates.
Mr Dinkleberg
There is no best, every secondary class has good things and bad things.

I experienced this problem a few years back when Nightfall first released.
Throughout certain points in Nightfall, the graphics of the game are slightly better. If you enter one of these higher resolution areas, you'll likely get this graphical error if you have an old or low-end graphics card.
Check to see if you have any available updates to your graphics card, and if so then install them. If that doesn't fix the problem (which it didn't for me) get a new graphics card. Even one of the cheap ones should do, as even they are better than the crappy ones that come factory standard in most PCs. This was the fix I found.

Chances are you need a new graphics card. Deleting your derv and making a new char won't make a difference because you'll just run into the same issue when you reach the same area.
