Your Necro/Rit is using 4 single target heals, I recommend dropping Ghostmirror Light and Soothing memories are probably the most unnecessary as MBaS keeps conditions off the team (and its heal is stronger then the former skills) and Spirit Light is your Big Heal, combined with an ER protter and the other Discord, your not going to have much of a problem.
Barbs on Team Member 6 looks dubious, right now your running a 4 attribute split, I am assuming (since you didn't post attributes) that it is running minimal curses to keep Shadow of Fear up for a decent length, while attributing remainder pts into SR, maxxing Death and placing a reasonable point expenditure into Resto.
With low curses Barbs doesn't really do much for your physicals, and even then its 2 second cast is prohibitive to spamming discord, keeping Recovery up, Healing when necessary, raising minions and casting shadow of Fear. I'd recommend Enfeebling Blood as it is a quick application of Weakness with a very meagre investment into curses and its cost is virtually free.
I would consider running Signet of Lost Souls on a few of your necros so they can maintain their energy since the SR limit can be easily reached, leaving your backline with a potential deficit in energy.
Your Ele heroes are virtually leeching off the discord team, I would consider running duo Mesmer or even a mesmer and rit (for spirit support). Panic is very powerful and adds another hex to fuel Discord.
The Ritualist offers SoS, Bloodsong, and perhaps additional hex/condition primers using a secondary prof. The Rit can also provide some weapon spells for the physicals.
Your Warrior is sporting Return, heroes unlike humans, do not use the skill intelligently, melee heroes already have a justifiable tarnished reputation for being bat sh!t stupid when it comes to attacking and staying in the fray, the last thing you need is for the frontliner to shadowstep out, and break mob attention for a dinky application of crippling.
