Hi, just wondering what this is worth.

I think it is maxed (although some of the upgrades arent perfect).
Is it perfect (other than the upgrades).

Price seems right, Interestingly enough the wiki says these have been reported as inscribable from parts of EoTN and Kourna, which is news to me. People do like the skin so if you find a interested buyer, might be able to get a little more than 30k.
