PC on some golds

I would like a PC on these items.

Gothic Axe (req 9, uninscr)
Max damage, 15^50

Ceremonial Daggers(req 9, uninscr)
Max damage, 15%/while enchanted

Demon Fangs (req 13, inscr)
Max damage

And as final, wondering if this is worth saving or not, just for the mods maybe:
Tower Shield (12 armor, req 5 strength, uninscr)
Armor+10 vs Fire
recieved physical damage -5 (19%)

Edit: yes, can mod the daggers like that if you wish, just showing the inherent mod, since thats the most important ^^

demon fangs i think u can merch....

shield: pretty sure u can merch, not max armor for req 5 and it's strenght + bad mods....but wait more opinion

Dont merch demon fangs....could get like 5e from someone , or put on heroe

so only 1 mod ? if u can mod it say zealous and +30 hp, you can sell it for a value.
