Depends on buyer to be honest.
I like fellblades (have 9 or so) and the cheapest I have paid is 10k up to 25k.
I have sold a few for as much as 8e when a buyer offered.
I would bide my time if I were you, and wait until you find someone specifically seeking out a Fell (and yes many do), since you will get a better price.
I most certainly would not want to sell under 20k since the mods alone are worth a few bob. You could as I said find someone willing to pay much higher.
