55hp monk grim cesta

I was thinking of making a 55hp monk but was just looking at the grim cesta required and wanted to know a couple of things.

a) Can none prophecies characters get it?
b) Does the monk I want to make 55hp have to get it himself or can I trade it from another character?
c) Is it a guaranteed reward? I saw a little discussion about whether or not you definitely get the cesta at the end, I'd be pretty pee'd off if I got there and didn't get it xD

It's fully tradable
IIRC the quest in Ascalon to get it,has a chance of rewarding you other offhands.

There are 3 rewards for this quest. You actually decide which item you want. So yeah, you can guarantee you'll get it.
If you have a non prophecies toon you should be able to buy one for around 5k.

Just want to say the answer to a) is sort of yes and no.
No you cant get the quest if non prophs but yes if you buy it.

The quest (Cities of Ascalon) gives two rewards - the famous -50hp Grim Cesta and an Earth Scroll. The latter can have +25 AND -20 health, or +armor or +energy. The cesta can vary but ALWAYS has the -50 health.
