Hi !
I mixed a couple of builds I saw in some threads here. I'll be happy if you can tell me what to change in some of them ( if needed ) and what insignias should I put on my heroes ? I don't want to buy random ones before I've been consulted, so yeah. I'm primarily trying to do dungeons in NM/HM, and also FoW/UW and other elite missions.
I'd like to know your opinions so I can make the heroes as monstrously good as possible.

2 rits
2 mesmers
2 necros
1 monk

Don't use radiants, use things that increase armour, and if they arent available survivors

What Prof/Build are you running? (I'm assuming you're not a caster?)
Soul Twisting Rit - Usually only want a max of 3 Spirits (2 if Soul Twisting only has 2 uses before needing to be recast).
Prot Monk - Running an ER prot Hero would be much better as an ER Prot has almost unlimited energy.

Norgu: Bar seems a little busy for a hero
Gwen:Ok ish but I'd take Wastrel's Worry over Wastrel's Demise personally
MoW: Doesn't synergise well imo: AOTL spawns high level bone horrors yet no healing for them and have Death Nova and Bone Minions (which are bomber standard). Conflict of interest there really as you want minions to die during battle not running to find another group. Masochism is also counter productive to bombing.
Ogden: Boon Signet is a waste of an elite slot: Spirit Bond and Aegis will drain energy quickly and Remove Hex is better replaced with Cure Hex or Spotless Mind(in hex heavy areas) Could be dropped easily for ER Prot hero as mentioned above.
Proper runes would be one hell of a bonus too. 480 base health heros in HM won't be too helpful.

@Kosar - I am running Assassin. If I remove some of the spirits on the ST bar, what should the empty skill slots be filled with ? Thank you.
@Calista - Thanks for the overview. Although I didn't get any suggestions of what I should change.. What am I supposed to modify in Norgu's bar if it's " too busy for a hero ", how should it look then ? Why is Gwen ok-ish ? I'd like it to be great I'll replace Demise with Worry on Gwen like you said, if that's the only down side of her build. Imo, MoW's build is fine. The bone horrors will last a lot longer between battles and do more damage, the bone minions will die faster. Having a mix isn't necessarily bad, I've never had a situation in which JB worked better. AotL means the Bone Horrors keep coming, the minions are for the recharge of the main skill.
Norgu's bar is okay, I don't see heroes using Arcane Conundrum very effectively or often, but it's great if you micro it. If you prefer not to micro it, add a power drain/leech signet in for energy management. It'll also be energy heavy with AC, so be prepared to deal with that; preferably leaving it disabled until you want it used.
Gwen seems fine, I agree with Wastrel's Worry.
Only run 3 spirits with ST - use something like Boon of Creation/signet of creation, I see energy problems there.. though probably not nearly as bad as if you are using defensive spirits.
Razah's okay, though I personally like dropping Bloodsong/Painful Bond and running PwK + Res. However, in your case, you need Painful Bond due to the rest of the spirits.
Ogden - best replaced by an ER Ele.
Runes? Health/Armor for the most part, get the healers/prot heroes health the highest, and the rest of them lower. That'll bring more aggro to the damage dealers, and let the healers focus on healing them and not dying. Preferably have them all over 500. Have the MM's health up there with the healers, too (which will probably take full survivor + vitae/vigor). You don't want him targeted and croaking during a battle.
If you're seeing some energy issues, Gwen and Xandra look like they might benefit from a few attunement runes, or a higher energy weapon. Otherwise use health/armor - Blessed Insignia's, profession specific, etc. Survivors to get to where each hero should be.
