Z-Coins to HOM

Pardon if this has been documented elsewhere, but I can't seem to find this any where: Can Z-Coins be used to purchase a Tormentor's Weapon, which can then be dedicated in the HOM? I'm not sure how the whole PvP mechanism impacts this. Same thing with a spider purchased in this manner?

For tormentor weapons, you can only purchase them for pvp only characters, which don't have access to hom.

Spider and phoenix can be unlocked via zcoins and can be added to hom once they are level 20.

what if you were to use the glacial blade, could you upgrade it becoming a tormented sword then dedicate it?

You can't change a weapon skin. There is no such thing as 'upgrading to a tormented sword'. Either it's a tormented sword or it's not.

i think he means, in PvP, by upgrading skins of weapons. from basic-fancy-exotic or w/e. If i am correct?

If you are correct, the answer about PVP characters not having access to HOM still stands.
